Following the success of Fiorino’s first location in Vancouver’s Chinatown, Jute Studios was invited to design their second outpost at Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver. Drawing inspiration from classic Italian cafés and trattorias, we crafted a warm and welcoming space that feels both timeless and modern. The design layers vintage details—such as framed Italian posters, warm wood tones, and textured banquettes—with contemporary lines and soft blue wall paneling. Each seating area is designed to feel intimate yet connected, whether in a cozy corner booth or along the light-filled windows overlooking The Quay. Playful tiling, a soft colour palette, and curated artwork add character, while subtle lighting creates a relaxed atmosphere that transitions seamlessly from daytime dining to evening aperitivo.
